摘要
在钻分级箍时,现有防管柱反转方法的作业效率低、作业成本高,存在安全风险。设计了一种操作简单的管柱防反转工具,对该工具夹紧装置的钳牙部分进行了优化设计,并开展了防反转工具的现场应用。结果表明,防反转工具安全有效,可提高钻分级箍的工作效率,提高机械钻速5.25倍,缩短了施工周期,不损伤钳牙和井口管柱,解决了钻分级箍时管柱反转问题。
In order to solve the problem of low rate of penetration, low construction efficiency and high safety risk caused by the reverse rotation of the string during the construction of drilling stage cementing distributor, the anti-reverse tool was designed. The clamp jaws of the clamping device were optimized. The field application of the anti-torque tool was carried out and the result shows that the anti-reverse tool increases the penetration rate by 5.25. The anti-reverse tool is safe and effective, improves the construction efficiency, shortens the construction period without damages on clamp jaws and the wellhead string, and completely solve the problem of reverse rotation of the string during the construction of drilling stage cementing distributor.
