摘要 利用氨基乙腈及丙烯腈的亲核加成、氢化反应合成了一种新的不等臂有机多胺化合物 2 -氨基乙基 -二 (3-氨基丙基 )胺。研究了不同工艺条件对反应的影响 ,最佳工艺条件为 :n(丙烯腈 )∶n(氨基乙腈 ) =2 .8~ 3 .0 ,加成温度为 70~ 75℃ ,加成反应时间为 50~ 60h ,催化反应采用复合催化剂 ,m(溶剂 )∶m(物料 )≈ 1 0。两步反应的收率分别为 81 .6 %和 71 .6 % 。 An inequilateral organic polyamine, 2-aminoethyl-bi(3-aminopropyl)amine, was synthesized by the additional and hydrogenation reaction of aminoacetomtrile with acrylonitrile. The effects of technological conditions on the reaction are discussed. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: n(acrylonitrile)/n(aminoacetonitrile)=2.8-3.0, reacting at 70-75°C for 50-60 h. In hydrogenation reaction, composite catalyst was used, and m(solvent):m(materiel)=10. The product yields in the two-step reaction are 81.6% and 71.6%, respectively. The structure of the compound and its intermediate were confirmed by spectral characterizations.
