煤与垃圾衍生燃料的混烧技术 被引量:5

摘要 简要分析了我国的城市垃圾处理现状 ,介绍了垃圾衍生燃料的种类、制作方法及国内外研究进展。鉴于我国城市垃圾热值低、灰分高的特点 ,建议将垃圾制成垃圾衍生燃料后掺混到现运行的燃煤锅炉中 ,以实现资源化利用。统计了该方法在国外的运行情况 ,并对我国采取该方法的可行性进行了分析。论证结果表明 ,该方法投资省、污染低 。 The current situation of treating municipal solid waste in China is briefly analyzed. The kind, manufacture and research progress at home and abroad of refuse derived fuel (RDF) are introduced. Based on the characteristic of the municipal solid waste (MSW) with lower heating value and higher ash contents in China, a method is suggested as processing MSW to RDF, and adding RDF to existing coal-fire-boilers to deal with MSW. A statistics of this method in the world is made, and its feasibility and investment in China is also analyzed. It is concluded that adding RDF to existing boilers for co-firing is of advantage to the Chinese governments, because of its lower cost and less pollution.
