摘要
研究了对氯甲苯侧链氯化、水解法合成对氯苯甲醛的工艺。重点考察了原料中杂质及温度等对氯化反应的影响和温度、催化剂对水解反应的影响。在理想条件下对氯苯甲醛的收率达60%,产品纯度为99%以上,该工艺已应用于工业化生产。
The paper discusses the chlorination of side chain of p - chlorotluene and the hydrolytic process, and puts forword the process of synthesis of p - chlorobenzaldehyde. Effects of the impurity of raw materials, reaction temperature and catalyst on the chlorination and hydrolysis are studied mainly. The process has been applied to the production of p -chlorobenzaldehyde and the recovery and the purity of the product are 60 % and 99 % respectively.
