液化石油气钢瓶超装的危险性分析

摘要 针对近几年液化石油气钢瓶因超装而发生爆炸事故的现象,分析论证了民用液化石油气钢瓶的充装重量与其公称工作压力的对应关系,以及钢瓶超装后内压力的变化情况,阐明了对液化石油气钢瓶限制充装量的安全重要性。 In cast few years, many explosive accidents had occured because the steel bottles were filled with excessive liquefied petroleum gas. According to this phenomenon, the relation between the filling weight of steel bottle and the working pressure and the pressure change in the steel bottle, filled with excessive liquefied petroleum gas are analyzed in this paper. In addition, the importance of restricting the filling weigld of steel bottle is also expounded.
