水泥混凝土路面结构温度分布特征研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究水泥混凝土路面路表弯沉的最佳测试时间,以某收费站广场内水泥混凝土板为研究实体,采用钻孔布置传感器的方式,对其温度场进行了8个月的连续监测,得到了不同天气情况下及同一天气下不同时间段内,水泥混凝土板各深度的温度变化规律。研究表明,温度场随空气温度周期性变化,且随着深度的增加具有明显的滞后性;07:30-08:30和18:00-19:00 2个时间段板顶和板底温差接近为0℃,建议在这2个时间段进行弯沉测试;雨天对温度场变化影响较大,不建议开展弯沉测试,同时基于测试数据分析结果,分别得到上午、下午2个时间段内水泥路面路表温度、温度梯度与测试时间线性关系,可为水泥混凝土路面板角弯沉检测的温度换算提供依据。 In order to study the best test time of surface deflection of cement concrete pavement,the concrete slab in a toll station square was taken as the research object,the temperature field was continuously monitored for eight months by means of borehole sensor,and the temperature variation law of cement concrete slab at different depths was obtained under different weather conditions.The results shows that the temperature field changes periodically with the air temperature and has obvious hysteresis with the increase of depth,the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the plate is close to 0℃at 7:30-8:30 and 18:00-19:00,so it is recommended to conduct bending and sinking test in these two periods;rainy days have a great influence on temperature field variation,so it is not recommended to carry out bending and sinking test;the linear relationship between surface temperature and temperature gradient of cement pavement and test time in the morning and afternoon is obtained,which can provide a basis for temperature conversion of slab angle deflection detection of cement concrete pavement.
