摘要
采用室内试验的方法,对纯沥青、木质素纤维沥青、矿物纤维沥青、聚酯纤维沥青和复合纤维沥青的最大抗剪强度进行了对比分析,得到以下结论:纯沥青的最大抗剪强度随温度的增加呈现近似线性减小的趋势,且随着转速的提高,纯沥青最大抗剪强度明显降低;不同温度下,随着纤维掺量比例的增加,木质素纤维沥青、矿物纤维沥青、聚酯纤维沥青和复合纤维沥青的最大抗剪强度增长,对于相同纤维掺量时,随着温度的提高,4种纤维沥青最大抗剪强度均降低,且随着纤维掺量比例增加,各种纤维沥青抗剪强度增速减缓;沥青加入纤维之后,能大幅度提高沥青的抗剪强度,且聚酯纤维沥青和复合纤维沥青增大的幅度比木质素纤维沥青和矿物纤维沥青大许多,这与纤维之间的结构构造和组成相关。
In this paper,the indoor shearing method is used to compare the maximum shear strength of pure asphalt,lignin fiber asphalt,mineral fiber asphalt,polyester fiber asphalt and composite fiber asphalt.The conclusion is as follows:the maximum shear strength decreases approximately linearly with the increase of temperature,and reduces significantly with the increase of the rotational speed.At different temperatures,with the increase of the proportion of fiber,the maximum shear strength of lignin fiber asphalt,mineral fiber asphalt,polyester fiber asphalt and composite fiber asphalt increases.When the fiber content is the same,the maximum shear strength of the four fiber asphalt decreases with the increase of temperature,and as the fiber content increases,the growth rate of various fiber asphalt shear strength is slowed down;after the asphalt is added to the fiber,the shear strength of the asphalt can be greatly improved,and the increase of the polyester fiber asphalt and the composite fiber asphalt is much greater than that of the lignin fiber asphalt and mineral fiber asphalt,which is related to the structure and composition between the fibers.
