三维激光扫描仪在四川石窟寺考古测绘中的运用与思考~

The Application and Thinking of 3-D Scanning Technique in Surveying and Mapping in the Buddhist and Taoist Grottoes in Sichuan Province

摘要 近年来三维激光扫描技术被逐渐引入考古测量领域。四川大学与成都文物考古研究所合作使用三维激光扫描仪对四川、重庆等地共400多个佛道窟龛进行测绘,探索总结出了一套将三维激光扫描仪运用到石窟寺测绘的流程和方法。运用三维激光扫描仪进行石窟测绘有着传统测绘手段无可比拟的优势,但亦存在一些问题。固步自封、排斥新技术固不可取,但新技术并不能解决石窟寺测绘的所有问题,切实可行的办法是人工与机器、新技术与传统绘图手段的有机结合。 The 3-D laser scanning technique has been gradually introduced into archaeological survey in recent years.Cooperating with Chengdu Institute of Archaeology,the researchers from Department of Archaeology of Sichuan University used 3-D laser scanner to survey and map more than 400 Buddhist or Taoist grottoes located in Chongqing City and Sichuan Province.A series of procedures and methods for applying 3-D laser scanner into surveying and mapping of grottoes have been put forward after nearly two years efforts.It is no doubt that using 3-D laser scanner for surveying and mapping of grottoes has incomparable advantages than using traditional means.It is unwise to stuck in the past,reject the new technique,but new technique could not solve all the problems in grottoes surveying and mapping.A realistic way,in the authors’opinions,is to combine new technique with traditional drawing method when new technique like 3-D laser scanner is used into archaeological surveying and mapping.
