《四库全书总目提要》省志类解题浅析

Brief Analysis of the Provincial Local-Records’ Abstracts in Si Ku Quan Shu Zong Mu Ti Yao

《四库全书总目提要》是中国古代最重要的书目解题之一。省志类解题是《四库全书总目提要》中比较特殊的一类,正目共录18条,存目共录17条,在地方志类解题中所占比重不小。省志类解题所录各项内容与其他类解题相似,但有所调整。削弱对纂修者情况的介绍,追溯该省前志情况,侧重对省志体例类目的说明与点评。省志类解题反映四库馆臣和清代学者的方志学理念,批判明代方志学中喜空谈轻实用学风,关注地方志纂修的传承性,以方志体例类目是否合理完善、内容是否考证详核为评判方志优劣最重要的标准。

Si Ku Quan Shu Zong Mu Ti Yao is one of the most important bibliography abstracts in ancient China.The provincial local-records’abstracts are a special kind in Si Ku Quan Shu Zong Mu Ti Yao.There are 18 provincial local-records’abstracts in main bibliography and 17 provincial local-records’abstracts in extra bibliography.It’s a quite proportion of local-records’abstracts.The content of the provincial local-records’abstracts are similar to other kinds abstracts.But There are also some adjustments,including the following differences:reducing the introductions of compilers,recounting previous local-records and focusing on styles and categories of the provincial local-records’abstracts.The provincial local-records’abstracts reflect the philosophy in local-records study of the scholars in the qing dynasty.The scholars in the qing dynasty criticized the empty talk and usefulness in the ming dynasty.They focused on the continuous compiling with the provincial local-records’abstracts.The reasonable improvements of the style of the body,and the detailed and accurate of the contents are considered as the most important standard of local-records.
