世界记忆名录秘书处从真实性、世界意义、相对标准等方面评估世界记忆遗产,《四库全书》符合以上标准。今择世界记忆遗产相对标准中的时代性、形式风格以论述其世界记忆遗产特质。
The world memory Secretariat assessed the World Memory Heritage in terms of authenticity,world significance,relative standards,and the collective sense of social spirit.Si Ku Quan Shu meets these criteria.We choose the relative standard of the times and form of style to discuss the characteristics of memory of the world heritage.
