摘要
广西水利部门多年来在水利信息化建设方面取得了一定成绩,运用中也取得了明显实效。总结了过去的一些实践经验和做法,并指出建设应用中必须克服的"瓶颈",为实施广西水利信息化计划提供参考。
Guangxi water resources system had made a certain achievement and effect in WR information construction and application for many years. The author concluded some practice experiences and methods, pointed out the problems due to overcome during the construction and application and being taken for referenced of the WR information construction of Guangxi.
