摘要
采用催化脱水环化新工艺 ,研究了衣康酸酐合成反应过程。开发了 YL型催化剂 ,并考察了该催化剂的质量分数、反应温度和原料配比等工艺条件对反应的影响。结果表明 ,n(乙酸酐 ) :n(衣康酸 )为 1 .2 ,催化剂在反应液中的质量分数为 0 .2 % ,反应温度 40℃ ,时间 2 h为最佳工艺条件。该条件下 ,产品收率≥ 87.5 % ,纯度≥ 99.3%。
A new process of synthesizing itaconic anhydride by catalytic dehydration was studied. A kind of catalyst which is of high activity and high selectivity was obtained.The influence of reaction conditions on reaction results was examined.Under the optimum conditions, the yield was over 87.5 % and the product purity was over 99.3 %.
