摘要
研究了水性聚氨酯电泳漆的电泳工艺温度、电压、时间、电流密度及pH值对电泳漆膜质量及性能的影响,得到了最佳漆膜质量的工艺参数。当电泳电压为30V、时间为60s、pH为6、烘烤温度为140℃,漆膜的质量较为理想。
The effects of electrophoresis parameters such as temperature, voltage, time, electric, current density and PH Value on electrophoretic coating of water based polyurethane were investigated. The optimum parameters of electrophoetic process were obtained. Under the conditions of voltage 30 V, time 60s, pH 6 and bake temperature 140 ℃, the performance of coat film was desired.
