摘要 以马来酸酐、丙烯酸酯、醋酸乙烯酯(摩尔比为1.0:3.5:1.5)为原料,甲苯为溶剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,恒温83±2℃聚合5h,得三元共聚物(MAV),再以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,用高碳胺(酐和胺摩尔比为1:1.6)进行胺解制得柴油降凝剂MAVA;同时对其使用条件进行了考察,结果表明,该剂对胜利油田胜华炼油厂0^#柴油的纯降凝度可达19℃,冷滤点降低可达11℃;对东明0^#柴油的纯降凝度可达16℃,冷滤点降低可达9℃;对东明10^#柴油的纯降凝度可达14℃,冷滤点降低可达7℃;对濮阳10^#柴油的纯降凝度可达15℃,冷滤点降低可达8℃。 The synthesis of diesel fuel depressant MAVA and the investigation of its using conditions are mainly introduced in this paper. The MAVA depressant was produced by using maleic anhydride.acrylic alkyl ester,ethylene acetate(mole ratio is 1.0:3.5:1.5) as raw materials,methyl benzene as solvents, dibenzoyl peroxide(4.5g/mol comonomer) as initiator, forming terpolymer (MAV) by constant temperature 83 ± 2 ℃ and polymerization 5h , then p-methyl benzenesulfonic acid as catalyst,higher amine(mole ratio of the anhydride and amine is 1:1.6)as aminating agent.The depressant was applied for the 0#diesel fuels of Senghua refinery ,the SP(solidifying point) of the 0#diesel fuels was lowered by 19℃ and the CFPP(Cold Filter Plugging Point) 11℃;the SP of the 0# diesel fuels of Dong-Ming was lowered by 16℃ and the CFPP 9℃;the SP of the 10#diesel fuels of Dong-Ming was lowered by 14℃and the CFPP 7℃; the SP of the 10# diesel fuels of Pu-Yang was lowered by 15 ℃ and the CFPP 8℃.
