The Design of Reassuring Communication Network in Waste Water Disposal System

以青岛海泊河污水处理厂的控制系统为背景,提出了如何用以太网连接三菱A系列PLC和上位机实现方案。并且给出了重要设备的几点加强保护措施。运行结果表明,该系统运行可靠,达到了设计规定的性能指标和要求。

Based on the control system of Haipo River Swage Disposal Plant a control project of connecting MELSEC-A Series PLC and Host computer with Ethernet Net is introduced in this paper several methods of protecting important equipments is given as well. The result of operation indicates that the demands of performances set in design has been met by the system.
