摘要
根据橙汁是一种缓冲溶液,其含量不同则缓冲能力大小不同,即由橙汁调配的橙汁饮料的溶液pH随添加的柠檬酸量的变化幅度不同,设计实验得出橙汁饮料的缓冲系数与其中橙汁含量的关系式,根据该关系式可以推算出橙汁饮料中橙汁的含量。
Orang e juice is a buffer system.The buffer capacity chang es with the content of orang e juice.Citric acid was added into the orang e juice drink of different content of orang e juice,and pH was recorded simultaneously.An equation illustrating the relationship between added citric acid and pH was concluded.Using this equation,we can fig ure out the content of orang e juice in orang e juice drink.
