摘要
百年师范成就巨大 ,问题突出 ,优势明显。师范教育向教师教育转型是师范院校面临的深刻变革。师范院校师生要正确认识转型的意义 ;正确对待现行师范教育学科专业教学和教师职业能力培养的“双薄弱”;正确对待挑战与压力 ;发扬优势 ,实现超越 ,顺利转型。
100 years of normal education has got great achievement, however, it shows some problems. Normal colleges are now facing the transition from normal education to teacher education. Teachers and students in normal colleges should correctly understand the meaning of the transition and the poor efficiency of professional teaching and teacher vocational ability training in normal colleges. They should learn to face challenges and pressure, and smoothly realize the transition ultimately.
