Several Issues on the Plastic Packaging during China's Thirteenth Five-year Development Planning

本文在简述我国塑料包装材料现状的基础上,对十三五期间塑料包装领域应当注意的若干问题提出了建议,涉及到在职职工的教育培训工作,质量与标准工作,绿色包装工作,功能性包装材料以及开展应用技术的研究等各个方面。

On the basis of a brief description of Chinese status quo of plastic packaging materials,proposals are put forward on a number of issues which should be noticed during the China's 13 th plan of five-year national development in the field of plastic packaging involving the following aspects such as education and training service workers,the work of quality and standard,green packaging,functional packaging materials and the technologies to carry out research on application.
