摘要 对软包装无溶剂复合的聚氨酯双组分胶黏剂的黏合原理进行阐述,识别出无溶剂复合过程的各个风险控制点,在此基础上提炼并制订复膜工序的零缺陷质量控制方案,为操作人员提供一种实用的质量管理工具,实现复膜零缺陷的质量目标,保证无溶剂复合的稳态生产。 Expound the bonding principle of the flexible packaging solvent-free lamination polyurethane two-component adhesive, and identify identify the various risk control points of the solvent-free lamination process. On this basis, the zero defect quality control scheme of the laminating process is refined and operated. Make a practical quality management tool for personnel provide to achieve the quality goal of laminating zero defects and ensure steady-state production of solvent-free lamination.
