燃气内燃机分布式能源系统烟气脱硝关键技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过分析当前我国燃气内燃机排放的烟气成分,发现氮氧化物排放值已经无法满足日益严格的环保要求,寻找一种新的脱硝工艺路线来解决内燃机的排放问题势在必行。经过借鉴传统的烟气脱硝方法,筛选出一种适合燃气内燃机分布式能源系统的烟气脱硝方式——选择性催化还原法(SCR)。此方法提升了脱硝效率,解决了燃气内燃机分布式能源系统氮氧化物排放问题。通过流场模拟及工程应用,证明该方法相对于传统方式更具先进性。 After analyzing flue gas emitted by internal combustion engines in China,the NOxemission value can not meet the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements. It is imperative to find a new process of denitration technology to solve the emission problem of the internal combustion engine. Taking traditional flue gas denitration methods as references,a SCR method suitable for gas flue denitration of distributed-energy system internal combustion engines is selected. The method improves the denitrification efficiency and solves the NOxemission problem of distributed-energy system internal combustion engines,which is validated by flow field simulation and engineering application. It proves that the method is more advanced than the traditional way.
