低温省煤器系统运行实践分析

目前国内很多火电厂采用低温省煤器来降低排烟温度,提高机组经济性。以某电厂1 000 MW二次再热机组低温省煤器实际运行情况为依托,简述了低温省煤器在该厂的应用情况和存在问题,并提出相应的改进措施,为今后同类型机组的低温省煤器系统设计和运行提供借鉴和参考。

Nowadays,many domestic thermal power plants use low temperature economizers to reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the economy of units.Taking the operation status of a 1 000 MW secondary reheat unit low temperature economizer as an example,it puts forward the existing problems and corresponding improvement measures of low temperature economizer,which provides reference for the design and operation of low temperature economizer systems of units of the same type.
