摘要
供热管道受力安全是沉管过河敷设供热管网施工中需要重点关注的问题。以华电天津军粮城发电有限公司和天津市陈塘庄热电有限公司热网联网沉管过海河工程为例,对金属管道进行挠度、剪切应力、弯曲应力验算。为解决挠度超限问题,采取了捆绑浮球和增设中间支吊点的措施,可为过河管道的施工提供参考。
The safety of heating pipeline stress is a key issue in the heating pipe networks.Taking the immersed pipe crossing the Haihe River project of Huadian Tianjin Junliangcheng Power Generation Company Limited and Tianjin Chentangzhuang Thermal Power Company Limited as the example,the deflection,shear stress and bending stress of the metal pipes are checked.In order to solve the problem of deflection overrun,measures to bundle the float ball and add intermediate support points have been adopted to provide reference for the construction of the river crossing pipeline.
