可生物降解胶原膜在引导牙组织再生材料领域中的应用 ,已成为目前研究的热点之一。文章较全面地介绍了纯胶原膜用于牙组织引导再生材料的基本特性 ,它不仅具有屏障作用 ,还具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性、止血和引导骨组织再生等 ,并总结了骨形成蛋白 (BMP)、羟基磷灰石 (HA)等为代表的不同功能物质的胶原复合膜 ,在牙组织引导再生中的应用。

Applying advantage of collagen-based membranes in guiding periodontal tissue regeneration materials were recommended,such as biocompatibility / degradation / hemostasis and guiding tissue regeneration,but also barrier effect.At the same time,the membranes added something like BMP/ HA/ chitosan/ acheomycin into the collagen membrane were introduced to gain better effects,some of which have being applied in the clinic by now.
