模糊综合评价模型在水生态文明评价中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 研究在对水生态文明的内涵解读的基础上,从水生态、水安全、水环境、水管理、水文化和水资源6个方面选取了20项指标构建水生态文明评价体系。结合黄河流域及相关片区的十个城市水生态文明建设现状,构建模糊综合评价模型,并引入层次分析法及欧氏贴近度函数对模型进行求解。结果表明,济南、郑州、许昌、西安4个城市建设效果尤为显著,张掖、西宁建设效果不甚理想;评价结果基本符合各城市建设现状,评价方法较为科学合理,具有一定适用性。 Based on the interpretation of water eco-civilization,20 indicators are selected from the aspects of water ecosystem,water security,water environment,water management,water culture and water resources to construct the evaluation system ofwater eco-civilization. Combined with the construction situation of water eco-civilization in ten cities of Yellow River Basin andits related areas,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,and then the analytic hierarchy process and theEuclidean approximation function are applied to solve the model. The results show that the water eco-civilization constructioneffects in Jinan,Zhengzhou,Xuchang and Xi’an are particularly significant,and the effects in Zhangye and Xining are notvery satisfactory. The evaluation results are consistent with the status of city construction. The evaluation methods are scientificand rational,and of great value in application.
