摘要
为了合理的评价水工钢闸门的安全性态,通过考虑闸门制作安装质量、运行管理情况、闸门强度、闸门刚度、启闭机能力、腐蚀情况和工作性态等多方面的21个指标,构建一套具有科学性与可靠性的多指标和多层次评价体系。以模糊层次分析法确定指标初始权重,再采用熵权法对其进行修正,并考虑指标重要程度对权重的影响,引入变权法对修正后的权重进行调整,最后通过构建模糊综合评价模型对某水库的水工钢闸门的安全性态进行全面评估。工程实例表明,该模型有效降低了指标权重的主观性,使评价结果更加客观准确。
In order to reasonably evaluate the safety performance of hydraulic steel gates,21 indicators are selected to constructa set of multi-index and multi-level evaluation systems,including gate manufacture and installation quality,operation andmanagement,gate strength,gate rigidity,hoisting capacity,corrosion and operating conditions. The initial weights of indicatorsare determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and then the entropy weight method is adopted to correct them. Theinfluence of index importance degree on weights is introduced,and the variable weight method is introduced to adjust revisedweights. Finally,a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model is used to comprehensively assess the safety status of hydraulic steelgates in a reservoir. The engineering example shows that this model can effectively reduce the subjectiveness of index weightsand make the evaluation results more objective and accurate.
