聚脲复合涂料体系的设计与耐候性研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对西部地区紫外辐射强、日温差大这类严苛的水工建筑材料服役环境,选用粘接性能良好的环氧材料作为底层涂料,设计出聚脲复合涂料体系,该涂料体系有效提升了耐候性聚脲复合涂层材料的粘接性能,增强了水工混凝土防护修补材料体系的整体性能,延长其使用寿命。该聚脲复合涂料体系的抗冻性能、防水抗渗能力和耐候性良好,外表美观,符合西部高寒地区水工防护修补材料的基本性能要求。 In view of the harsh service environment of hydraulic building materials in the western region of China because of strong ultraviolet radiation and great temperature difference,the epoxy materials with high adhesion performance are introduced as the priming coatings to design a high weather-resistant polyurea composite coating material system,which can improve the adhesion performance of developed weather-resistant polyurea composite coating materials and extend their service life. This coating material system has excellent anti-freeze property,waterproof impermeability and weather resistance,and has beautiful appearance,which can meet the basic performance requirements of hydraulic protection and repair materials in western alpinecold region.
