摘要
研究了测定不同种类树脂毛细管流变性能的试验条件,明确了ISO 11443:2005标准中关于预热时间、试验温度、口模尺寸和剪切速率范围等试验条件的规定对测定塑料的流动性是合适的,提供了在九个实验室获得的高密度聚乙烯、线型聚乙烯和聚丙烯三个样品的精密度试验结果,为国家标准的制定提供了依据,同时尝试了对曲线(多点数据)精密度计算方法的探索,由此得到的精密度结果较ISO方法更为直观,更有参考价值。
The test conditions were studied for determination of the fluidity of different kinds resin using capillary rheometers,The study also identified that the specifications about preheat time,testing temperature, die size and shear rate scope in ISO 11443:2005 standard were appropriate.Provided in nine lab gain highdensity polyethylene and linear polyethylene and polypropylene three samples of precision test results,and tried to provide the basis for national standards,curve(multipoint data) precision calculation method of exploration, thus gained the precision of the result more intuitive and more valuable than ISO method.
