饲料的不同形态对仔猪断奶到屠宰生长性能和胃黏膜完整性的影响

Effects of different feed forms on growth performance and gastric mucosa integrity of pigs from weanling to slaughter

本试验旨在研究不同工艺处理饲料对仔猪断奶后1周至出栏时生长性能和胃黏膜完整性的影响。选择28 d断奶的仔猪240头[平均体重为(8.4±0.75)kg],随机分为3个组,每组4个重复,每个重复20头猪。试验分为5~9 w,10~15 w和16 w~出栏三个阶段,各阶段饲料的形态分别是粉料、膨化料和破碎料。结果显示:破碎料组显著降低了料比(P<0.05),而粉料组较其他两组显著提高了日采食量(P<0.05),但对全期日增重无显著影响(P>0.05)。粉料组较膨化料组显著提高了15 w仔猪的体重(P<0.05),显著降低了10~15 w仔猪的采食量(P<0.05)。与粉料组相比,膨化料和破碎料组显著降低了16 w~出栏仔猪的料比(P<0.05)。饲料结构显著影响仔猪胃溃疡仔猪(P<0.05),粉料组溃疡指数和胃黏膜链球菌含量表现为最低(P<0.05),破碎料组溃疡指数和胃黏膜链球菌含量表现最高(P<0.05)。膨化料可以提高生长肥育猪的饲料效率,但其对胃黏膜完整性有负面影响,并增加猪胃黏膜链球菌含量。

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different feed forms(powder,expanded and crumbled)on growth performance and gastric mucosa integrity of pigs from weanling to slaughter.A total of 240 pigs weaned at 28 d with the average body weight(8.4±0.75)kg,were allotted to 3 groups with 4 replicates of 20 pigs.The trial included 3 stages,5~9 w,10-15 w and 16 w-slaughter.Results showed that the feed was used more effi ciently when crumbled,feed intake was y higher on the meal feed than the other 2 diets(P<0.05).Compared with the powder feed group,the expanded and crumbled feed groups had lower feed gain ration of pigs at 16-slaughter stage(P<0.05).The ulcer score was affected by the feed structure(P<0.05),while the ulcer score and suis contents were the lowest in powder feed group(P<0.05),and the two indices of gastric mucosa were the highest in crumbled feed group(P<0.05).In conclusion,we induced that expanded feed improved feed effi ciency of growing-fi nishing pigs.However,it had a negative impact on gastric mucosa integrity and were associated with an increased suis colonisation.
