摘要
根据农村水利现代化的内涵,建立一个2层6类共26个指标的农村水利现代化评价指标体系,调查获得评价指标初始值,再将各个指标标准化并确定各指标的阈值。构建数学模型,运用层次分析法获得初始权重,进一步得出组合权重,最后利用组合赋权的综合评价方法对河北省博兴县进行评价,评价结果为0.743,说明目前博兴县农村水利建设处于现代化中等水平,与博兴县实际发展情况相符。
According to the connotation of rural water conservancy modernization in China, an evaluation index system with 2 layers and 6 classes,in total 26 indices,is established. The initial values of evaluation indices are obtained through investigation,and then each index is standardized and its threshold is determined. A mathematical model is established. The initial weight is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process( AHP),and further the combination weight is determined. Finally,a case study of Boxing County in Hebei Province is investigated using the comprehensive evaluation method of combination weight. The evaluation value is 0. 743. The results show that the rural water conservancy modernization in Boxing County is at the medium level of modernization,and it is consistent with its actual development situation.
