Multi-agent cooperation mechanism of water resource exploitation in Lancang River-Mekong River basin

分析澜沧江-湄公河流域内社会经济现状及现有的水资源合作开发基础,借鉴国际上水资源开发的成功合作经验,提出澜沧江-湄公河流域水资源开发多主体合作机制框架,构建涵盖国家、地方、社会和市场4个层面的多主体合作,以期为推进湄公河流域水资源开发合作提供一条新路径。

The social and economic situations and the current cooperative foundation of water resource exploitation in Lancang River-Mekong River basin are analyzed. Based on the successful international experience, the multi-agent cooperation mechanism concerning water resource exploitation in Lancang River-Mekong River basin is proposed. It covers four levels: state, locality, society and market. It may provide a new way for the promotion of the cooperation of water resource exploitation in Mekong River basin.
