摘要 通过分析辐射空调系统的主要缺点,有限的制冷能力和结露,提出了系统辅助毛细管网重力柜的设计优化建议。毛细管网重力柜有着有效除湿和舒适性的特点,可以独立形成空调系统,也可以和辐射空调系统有机结合。这一设计优化方案不仅保留了原辐射空调系统的热舒适性和节能性,还提高了系统的制冷能力以及有效解决了结露问题。因此,毛细管网重力柜是辐射空调系统的一种合理的设计优化,可以应用在辐射空调的改造项目中,也可以在设计之初考虑,进一步扩大了辐射空调系统的应用。最后,结合工程项目浅析了优化方案实施的可行性。 This paper analyzes the two main disadvantages of radiation air- conditioning system:limited cooling capacity and condensation problem,and proposes design- optimization suggestion:Gravity cycle shaft with capillary tube. This shaft has enough cooling capacity,moisture remove ability and comfort feature. It is not only an independent air- conditioning system,but also can be applied into Radiation Air- Conditioning System. This design optimization not only remains the thermal comfort and energy efficiency of radiation air- conditioning system,but also empowers the entire system's cooling capacity and resolve condensation problems. Thus,Gravity cycle shaft with capillary tube is an reasonable design- optimization of radiation air- conditioning system. It can be applied into renovation project. It also can be taken into consideration on the design phase to enlarge the application of radiation air- conditioning system. Finally,the feasibility of the application is discussed based on actual project.
