摘要
目前亚临界机组仍然是我国燃煤火电机组的主力机型,通过机组跨代升级改造,将亚临界机组改造为超超临界二次再热机组,是降低机组供电煤耗的有效手段,可降低机组供电煤耗约40~45g/k Wh。以某600MW等级亚临界机组为例,阐述了跨代升级改造的思路及原则,并给出了改造系统流程及改造范围等,通过改造可将机组出力提高到830MW,降低机组供电煤耗约40 g/k Wh,节能潜力巨大。通过经济性分析,对于折旧完成的机组,进行改造具有较高的可行性,另外有条件实施该项改造的机组应积极争取国家及地方的政策支持,以提高机组改造经济性。
Subcritical grade units are the main type in our country's thermal power industry at present,it's the effective means for reducing net coal consumption by using the cross-generation upgrade reconstruction technology. It will reduce the net coal consumption by 40~45g/k Wh with reconstructing the subcritical unit to the ultra-supercritical unit combined with double reheat technology. This paper taking the 600 MW subcritical unit as an example,shows the main idea and principle of the reconstruction,and provides the system flowchart and reconstruction range. It will increase the unit output to830 MW,and reduce the net coal consumption by 40g/k Wh,it has especially great energy saving potentialities. The reconstruction has the high feasibility to the unit which the depreciation is completed through the economic analysis. The conditioned unit should positively seek for the country and local policy supports which will improve the reconstruction economy.
