摘要
借助CAE技术,对塑件的注塑成型进行了流动分析,潜在的成型缺陷在于塑件注塑成型翘曲变形大,通过调整注塑成型工艺参数,先对料温和模温进行优化,获得了较好的翘曲优化效果,再通过保压工艺的参数优化,将翘曲变形控制在2.052 mm以下,有效地保证了塑件的成型效果。优化获得的最终注塑成型工艺为:模温60℃,料温240℃,保压控制为40 MPa-15 s,25 MPa-5 s,冷却时间28 s。实践表明:经CAE分析后,该塑件的外观质量、尺寸、装配性能等均满足生产要求,具有较好的参考价值。
With the aid of CAE technology,the flow analysis of injection moulding of plastic parts was carried out.The potential defect of injection moulding was the large warpage deformation of plastic parts.By adjusting the injection molding process parameters,the material temperature and die temperature were optimized first,and a better warpage optimization effect was obtained.By optimizing the parameters of the packing process,the warpage deformation was controlled below 2.052 mm,which effectively guarantees the forming effect of the plastic parts.The final injection molding process is optimized as follows:mould temperature 60℃,material temperature 240℃,holding pressure 40 MPa-15 s,25 MPa-5 s,cooling time 28 s.Practice shows that after CAE analysis,the appearance quality,size and assembly performance of the plastic parts meet the production requirements,which has a good reference value.
