摘要
寒区某水电站倒虹吸工程采用5根PCCP管道输水,单根长1 266 m,内径3.6 m,外径4.2 m,管径较大,施工困难。从管沟的开挖、回填以及管道的安装等几个方面对大管径PCCP管的施工进行详细的阐述,可供同行参考。
The inverted siphon project of a hydropower station in Xinjiang is using five PCCP pipes, each of which has 1266 m root length and has a 3. 6 m inner diameter ,a 4. 2 m outer diameter. Fa-cing with larger diameter and construction difficulties, this article shows the construction method of large diameter PCCP pipe on trench excavation,backfilling and installation of pipelines, etc. which gives reference for similar project.
