建设项目水资源论证实例分析

Example Analysis on Water Resources Argumentation of Construction Project

以香河县某工程项目为例,从取用水合理性分析、取水水源论证、取退水影响论证、水资源保护措施等几个方面对浅层地下水和市政自来水取水项目水资源利用情况进行了论述。在业主提出的取水方案基础上进行了优化,优化后用水方案较业主原方案用水量分别减少4.7%和12%,达到高效节水的目的。水资源论证工作的实施,对水资源的规划、管理、保护及建设项目的安全生产具有重要意义。

Taking engineering project in Xianghe as an example,the utilization of water resources in the project of shallow groundwater and municipal tap water are discussed from several aspects in this paper,such as the rational analysis of water use and intake,the demonstration of water source,the influence of water withdrawal and the protection of water resources. Based on the water intake scheme proposed by the proprietor,the water consumption is reduced by 4. 7% and 12% compared with the original scheme,and the purpose of water saving is achieved. The implementation of water resources demonstration is of great significance to the planning,management,protection and construction of water resources,and to achieve the goal of sustainable development.
