双掺钢纤维和硅粉混凝土抗压性能试验研究

摘要 在钢纤维混凝土中掺入硅粉可以生成凝胶,从而增加钢纤维与混凝土之间的黏结力,优化其抗压性能。选用掺合料为钢纤维,变换不同含量的硅粉,分别测定硅粉掺量为5%~20%混凝土的抗压强度,确定最佳组合。研究结果表明,双掺钢纤维和硅粉能有效提高混凝土抗压强度;在掺入0.8%钢纤维的前提下,混凝土强度会随着硅粉掺量的变化而变化,最佳掺量为10%。 Gel can be generated by mixing silica powder in the steel fiber reinforced concrete,which increases the cohesive force between steel fiber and concrete,optimizing its compression-resistant property. Admixture of steel fiber is selected to mix silica power of different contents. And then,the best groups can be confirmed by measuring concrete compression strength with mixing amount of silica power between 5% and 20% respectively. Double mixing steel fiber and silica power are capable to effectively improve concrete compression strength; Concrete strength changes along with the change of mixing amount of silica power under the premise of mixing 0. 8% steel fiber. The best mixing amount is 10%.
