摘要
抗冻性能不佳对水利工程施工、运行及维护均构成隐患。在当前水利工程实践中,低塑性砂浆使用范围较广,然而如果配比不当会对造成一系列后续问题。在采取低塑性砂浆抗冻性试验方法时,共设置了收缩试验、冻融循环试验这两个基本部分。收缩试验结果表明,相比较于普通混凝土,再生混凝土对照组具有更加收缩率表现。冻融循环试验结果表明,等量砂浆法再生混凝土在质量损失率、相对动弹性模量以及抗压强度等方面具有最佳综合表现。总之,为改善低塑性砂浆抗冻性,需要充分借鉴等量砂浆法对混凝土低塑性砂浆进行材料取代,从而改善配比科学性。
The poor performance of frost resistance to the construction,operation and maintenance of water conservancy project is a hidden danger. In the current practice of water conservancy project,the wide range of the use of low plastic mortar,however,if the ratio is improper,it will cause a series of problems. In the test method of frost resistance of low plastic mortar,the 2 basic parts of shrinkage test and freeze-thaw cycle test were set up. Shrinkage test results show that: compared with ordinary concrete,recycled concrete control group has a more shrinkage performance. The results of freeze-thaw cycle test show that the best comprehensive performance of recycled concrete in mass loss rate,relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength of recycled concrete. In a word,in order to improve the frost resistance of low plastic mortar,it is needed to make full use of the equivalent mortar method to replace the low plastic mortar,so as to improve the ratio of the mixture.
