贾让“治河三策”的现代启示

Three Measures of River Governing of Jia Rang

西汉时期,贾让提出"治河三策",成为治理黄河的最早文献。"三策"后来被王景应用于治理黄河的实践中。析读《治河三策》,笔者认为贾让提出的"不与水争地"、顺自然而用之的思想,以及实地考察、比较分析而后形成决策等科学精神,仍然值得我们重视。

In Western Han Dynasty,Jiang Rang put forward Three Measures of River Governing,which was the earliest document for governing the Yellow River.The Three Measures later was applied to Wang Jing's practice of governing the Yellow River.Through the analysis of Three Measures,the writer believes that,the idea of making water flow naturally as well as the scientific spirit,that is to make decisions before field survey,comparison and analysis,still claim our attention.
