位于华北腹地的晋冀鲁豫抗日根据地历来是灾荒频繁的地区,抗战时期更遭受了严重的水旱灾害及其它自然灾害。边区军民在中国共产党的领导下,大力兴修水利,促进了农业发展,从而战胜了灾荒,巩固了抗日根据地。

The Jin-Ji-Lu-Yu anti-Japanese imperism base area which lied in the center region of Huabei was a place where had frequent famine in histoty,it also suffered serious Flood-Drought Calamity and other natural disasters in the meantime of anti-Japanese imperism war.Being led by the Communist Party of China,the army and the people of base area tried their best on water facility constrction,so,which prompted the development of agriculture and builded the subject base for overcame calamity and steadied the anti-Japanese imperism base area.
