摘要
自2013年中央一号文件提出发展家庭农场以来,家庭农场如雨后春笋般在各地兴起,但是目前国家并没有出台关于家庭农场的统一规范。应结合该政策、我国有关土地流转的法律法规以及家庭农场发展中存在的现实问题,为家庭农场顺利完成土地流转提供建议。
Family farm is a new type of agricultural production and operation organizations,which is intensive production and operation organizations and need land concentration production. With national policies,laws and regulations related to our country land circulation and problems existing in the development of the family farm in reality,the paper provide suggestions for smoothly family farm land circulation.
