工科学生创新能力培养的校园文化环境设计——从建构主义角度

The College Culture Environment Designing based on Engineering Students' Innovation Ability Training——on the Sight of Constructivism

工科大学生的创新能力影响国家综合国力的提升。建构主义认为创新学习行为始于创新学习环境的构建。政策环境、经济环境和文化环境作为外部环境对创新能力的培养起着重要作用,校园文化环境作为文化环境的一个环节,在大学生创新教育中起着重要作用。做好校园文化环境构建需要思政工作者采取一系列措施,不断丰富校园文化活动,搭建工科学生创新发展资源平台,建立创新激励机制,营造创新校园公共环境。

National power promotion is deeply impacted by the innovation ability of engineering college students. In constructivism's opinion,innovation study is beginning with innovation learning environment construction. As the external environment,policy environment,economic environment and culture environment play an important role in innovation ability training,and college culture environment as one segment of culture environment also play an important role in college innovation education. In order to construct the environment of college culture,a series arrangement by ideology and political worker is needed,such as plenty college culture activity,setting up new development resource platform for engineering students,establishing motivation system for innovation and building innovation college public environment.
