本文从建立节水型农业、发展现代化水利、保障国家粮食生产安全、搞好农业用水经营管理、改善生产生态环境五个方面看发展节水灌溉技术的必要性,同时论述了在我国开展节水灌溉技术的可行性。

This paper probes into the necessity of developing the technology for water saving irrigation from the building of agriculture for water saving,developing the modern water conservancy,assuring the productive security for national grain,promoting the management control of agricultural water, improving the productive ecotope,etc.In the meanwhile,it explains the feasibility of carrying out the technology for water saving irrigation in China.
