摘要
工学结合人才培养模式是利用学校和社会两种教育资源和两种教育环境,是职业教育健康发展的客观要求。实践证明,订单式、结合推荐就业安排顶岗实习的效果较好。学校应正视工学结合过程中遇到的困难,积极开展多种形式的探索。
It is an objective requirement for college education’s sound development to utilize the two educational resources and environments of colleges and societies, and to adopt the combine education patterns of teaching and practical skill training. Practice has proved that order-type placement of the student’s job-training is helpful to the student’s employment after college. Colleges should face squarely the likely difficulties and promote the integration of production and teaching in a variety of approaches.
