近年来理论界对民营经济的研究日渐升温,但对民营经济内涵的理解和界定却是五花八门,给民营经济一个准确、权威的定义很有必要。本文详细介绍了近期理论界关于民营经济内涵的不同观点,并一一作了简短的评述,在此基础上,指出"民营经济"应该是个经营方式范畴,并依据此观点指出当前我国民营经济应包括的主要类型。

The theoretical study on Private Economy has become a heated topic of the past few years, but what is Private Economy or what Private Economy connotes is still uncertain. The understanding and definitions of private economic connotation vary with each individual. Thus it is essentially required that Private Economy be given a proper , authentic and gernerally accepted definition. There exists in theory various opinions about what is Private Economy, and each kind of connotations will be presented and commented upon in this article. Further a conclusion has been made that Private Economy is a conceptual domain determined by enterprice management models. Besed on the above view the mian types of Private Economy in our country have been expounded in the article.
