Stick to the Human-Centered Approach and Pay More Attention to Social Justice

科学发展观的核心是以人为本,以人为本特别强调公平理念。党的十七大报告特别强调社会的公平正义,关注民生。目前,在效率和公平的关系上,应强调更加注重社会公平,从而实现社会主义的价值目标,构建和谐的社会。

Scientific development perspective centers on the people first approach which focuses on social fairness.The bulletin of the Seventeenth Party Congress lays particular emphasis on the socialist fairness, adjustice and livelihood of the people. At present more attention should be paid to social fairness than social development, though development is of overriding importance, so as to realize the socialist value goal and establish a harmonious society.
