爱岗敬业精神是师德的核心内容,是教师职业道德的基本规范,是做好教育工作和履行其他教师道德规范的思想前提,教师只有具备了爱岗敬业精神,才能热爱学生、严谨治学、为人师表、为祖国培养高素质的人才。爱岗敬业既是教师坚持为人民服务的宗旨,也是所有教师实现自我价值,获得个人满足,完成人格升华、实现个人利益的有效社会途径。

Dedication for the teaching undertaking is the core of the teacher’s ethics accomplishments. It s a fundmental code of the teacher’s work ethics as well as an ideological prerequisite for a teacher’s ideolgical education work and other ethical works. Only when the teacher has deveolped the industrious and hard-working spirit can he/she love the students, engage in careful and exact scholarship, be a model of virtue for others and bring up best-qualified students for our mother country. Teachers with dedication spirit will not only realize the goal of serving the people but also find an efficient approach to accomplishing self-fullfilment, satisfying one’s own needs and achieving personal sublimation and interests.
