教学档案管理在人才培养工作水平评估中的作用

Teaching-Records Management’S Rolein the Course of the Standard Appraisal of Talent Student Training

本文从高职院校中教学档案管理的重要作用出发,说明教学档案是衡量一个学校教学管理水平和教育质量的重要指标之一。指出目前高职院校教学档案存在的问题,并分析了造成这些问题的原因。对此提出了加强教学档案管理的建议。

Through analyzing the role of records management, the author of the paper has pionted out that teaching-records management is an important factor to appraise the managerial skills and the quality of education of the college. With a view to the inadequacy of the college records management, the author has analyzed the grounds of the existing problems and put forward some constructive advices.
