浅谈移民监理

On the Supervision and Administration of Emigration

水库移民工作事关重大,已引起各级政府和全社会的高度关注。实行移民监理制是做好移民工作的一个重要环节。移民监理工作起步较晚,目前尚处在摸索阶段。对移民监理与工程监理、移民监理与移民评估的异同点进行了比较研究,并对移民工作的难点进行了分析。

Emigration caused by the building of reservoirs is so important and worrying that it attracts at- tention of all levels of government and the whole society.Establishing a regular system for.supervising and administrating emigration is an indispensable measure,though it comes late and is tentative.The paper is written to compare emigration supervision with works supervision and emigration monitoring evaluation and to study some highlighted issues in emigrating.
