论师生和谐是构建和谐校园的基础

Harmony between teachers and students being the basis of a harmonious campus

师生冲突是指教师与学生之间因为许多意见上的不和、认知差异或者感情不和睦所引起的争执。当前我国的校园里师生冲突现象频发,凸显了教育思想观念的偏差和行为方式的不当。师生和谐是构建和谐校园的基础,直接关系教育教学的效果、学校培养目标的实现,关系到学生的心理健康和全面发展。要实现师生和谐,构建和谐校园应当尊重学生、理解学生和信任学生,并发挥学生家庭的教育作用。

Conflicts between teachers and students are generally caused by different opinions,cognitve difference and incompatibility.The conflicts happens at times in university and college campus of our coun- try,which shows clearly that university and college’s education ideas and approaches are out of date and inadequate.Harmonious affection between teachers and students is the basis of constructing a harmonious campus,is directly related to the realization of teaching effects and goals and related to the students’ men- tal health and overall development.To reach harmony between teachers and students and to construct a harmonious campus the students should be respected,understood and trusted.The students families shall also offer some help in the students education.
