Promoting Students’ Evaluation To Improve Teaching Quality

学生评教是高校教学质量监控的重要方面,也是教学管理部门获取课堂教学质量信息的有效途径。建立科学的评教体系,建设高效的网上评教系统,不断完善评教机制,总结经验,将有效地促进人才培养质量的提高。本文就如何定位学生评教、设计评价指标、组织学生评教、处理评教结果、分析评教数据及开展"学生最满意的教师"评选活动介绍了湖北水利水电职业技术学院的做法。

Students’ Evaluation on class teaching is not only a means of teaching quality supervision but al- so an important way of obtaining teaching informations.But it must have a scientific set of evaluation sys- tem through network,which may be achieved by repeatedly summing up the past experiences so as to ac- complish better effects.This paper is written to present the practice of Hubei Water Resources Technical College on how to position,design and organize students’ evaluation,and how to analyze and handle the resulted data of it.
